Gemma Grant is a highly experienced and compassionate care professional with more than 26 years of dedicated service within the Health and Social Care sector. Her extensive career has encompassed a variety of care settings, including domiciliary care, community-based support, and residential services, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the diverse needs of those requiring care and support.

As the Owner, Director, Nominated Individual, and Registered Manager of Tender Loving Care at Home Limited, Gemma leads with integrity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care. Holding a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, she combines her extensive knowledge with a person-centred approach, ensuring every service user receives tailored support that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Gemma founded Tender Loving Care at Home with a clear vision: to provide outstanding home care services that enable individuals to remain safe, comfortable, and supported within their own homes. Her commitment to quality, compassion, and continuous improvement is reflected throughout the organisation and embedded within every aspect of service delivery.

Through her leadership, Gemma has built a dedicated team that shares her values of respect, kindness, and excellence, ensuring that every service user receives care that is not only professional and reliable but also delivered with genuine warmth and understanding.

Outside of work, Gemma enjoys spending quality time with her family and relaxing in her garden after a busy day. She is a keen horse rider, a devoted dog lover, and enjoys the outdoors whenever possible. Gemma also has a passion for cooking and particularly enjoys preparing traditional Jamaican dishes for family and friends.

Helen Wardle

Compliance Officer

Helen is an accomplished Compliance Officer with over 25 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, compliance, and workforce management. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in ensuring organisations operate in line with regulatory requirements, best practice standards, and employment legislation.

At Tender Loving Care at Home Limited, Helen plays a vital role in maintaining quality assurance, governance, and compliance across the service. Her attention to detail, organisational skills, and commitment to excellence help ensure that both service users and staff benefit from a safe, effective, and well-managed care environment.

Helen is passionate about supporting the continued growth and success of the organisation while maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism.

Outside of work, Helen enjoys spending time with her family, taking long walks with her German Shepherd, Parker, watching films, and reading. She is actively involved in community volunteering, fundraising, and fostering. Helen also enjoys buying and selling at car boot sales and is a keen Pokémon enthusiast.

Faiza Babu

Care Administrator

Faiza is an experienced and dedicated Care Administrator with a strong background in domiciliary care, care coordination, person-centred planning, and service delivery. She plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Tender Loving Care at Home Limited, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently to support both service users and care staff.

With excellent organisational skills and a compassionate approach, Faiza is committed to ensuring that every individual receives high-quality care tailored to their unique needs and preferences. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence help maintain the high standards that Tender Loving Care at Home Limited is known for.

Faiza values building positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues, helping to create a supportive and responsive care service that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Outside of work, Faiza enjoys spending quality time with her family, gardening, long walks, hiking in nature, and travelling extensively. She is fluent in both English, Hindi, Punjabi, Hindko and Urdu, enabling her to communicate effectively with people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures.

Claire Eliss

Care Coordinator

Claire is a dedicated and compassionate Care Coordinator who brings a wealth of experience, professionalism, and commitment to her role at Tender Loving Care at Home Limited. She has a natural ability to care for and support others, always striving to ensure that every individual receives the highest standard of person-centred care.

Claire strongly believes that everyone should be treated as an individual and with the dignity, respect, and compassion they deserve. She is highly organised, trustworthy, and committed to promoting the wellbeing and independence of those she supports.
